The Bonded Lineage Programme

Lineage & Certification

One certificate per dog · annotated, never replaced · append-only for the life of the animal.

Every dog issued by the house is accompanied by a single bonded document — the Lineage Certificate. It records the dog's origin, its specifications against the published tolerance bands, every household into which it has been placed, and every Concierge who has held it.

The certificate is not replaced when the dog changes hands. It is annotated. A dog returned and re-housed under §6 carries the annotation of that return for the rest of its life. Re-Listing purchasers see the full certificate, including all prior placements and the reason given for each return. The certificate cannot be reset.

Definitions

Terms used on every Lineage Certificate.

Genome ID
The unique identifier issued to a single dog at the time of sequencing. Format: line · breed · coat · serial (e.g. TP-PDL-03704). The Genome ID is irrevocable and may not be transferred between dogs.
Lineage Certificate
The bonded paper document attached to each dog. Each section is dated and signed. The physical certificate is held at the Atelier and is not released; an annotated facsimile of every certificate held by your household is available through your member profile.
Bonded Lineage Programme
The programme under which all dogs are issued. Open-market resale is not permitted; all subsequent placements take place through Re-Listing. The right of recall (see Return Policy §6) remains with the House.
Annotation
Any change to a dog's status — delivery, return, re-housing, residency, retirement — is added to the certificate as an annotation, dated and signed. Annotations are append-only: prior entries cannot be removed.
Care Covenant
The contract signed by the purchaser at delivery, cross-referenced from the certificate. Defines the household's responsibilities and the conditions under which the House may exercise its right of recall.
First stamp · Last stamp
The first stamp is applied at issue. The last stamp is applied at the dog's retirement or natural death. A certificate without a last stamp is considered active.
